How PUBLICA votes as a shareholder

Since 2006, we have exercised our voting rights in all the Swiss companies whose shares we hold. As regards foreign companies, PUBLICA focuses on the 100 largest in the portfolio and those with which it is engaged in dialogue. Shares where we exercise our voting rights are not lent out to other investors by way of securities lending. After each annual general meeting, we publish details of how PUBLICA has voted here.
