Contract of employment, contract of affiliation, pension plan regulations
If you are insured with PUBLICA, you have signed a contract of employment with your employer. Your employer has a contract of affiliation with PUBLICA. The details of your occupational pension at PUBLICA are governed by the regulations of your pension plan.
