The Scope 1 CO₂ emissions of the directly held real estate fell. Private infrastructure debt has been classified in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals for the first time, and a large proportion of the gold holdings now meet a recognised standard.

The Erlentor development in Basel’s Erlenmatt district had a reputation as one of the hottest places in the city. The heat made conditions uncomfortable for the people who live and work there.
