Cassia has been online since the middle of March 2026. She helps users with frequent issues such as access to myPublica, finding documents and questions about pensions.
Initial usage has shown where her help is most needed: access and logging in, information about the pension certificate and other documents, as well as topics such as retirement, bridging pensions and survivors’ benefits.
Cassia is available round the clock and guides users via the search function to answers or helpful content.
PUBLICA is continuing to improve Cassia, to maximise the benefits for active members and pension recipients.
