As part of the OASI 21 reform, the retirement age for women will begin rising in stages from 1 January 2025. This means that women will have the same reference age for retirement as men, namely 65. PUBLICA is therefore bringing the conversion rate for women into line with that for men. We informed our active members of this in our June 2024 newsletter.
Until now, different conversion rates have been applied for women and men at the retirement ages of 63 and 64. The conversion rate is the percentage used to convert pension assets into an annuity.
